Smart Living Homes Specification – Metro
- PRELIMINARY WORKS
- Survey, soil test and site inspections
- Building permit application fees
- Drafting of standard customer plans
- Temporary fencing & scaffolding during construction as required
SITE AND EXTERNAL WORKS
- Earthworks including levelling of building platform over home area for new house allotments up to 65m2 and 300mm of fall.
- Connection of services (water, gas, electricity, sewer, telephone conduit & roof storm water) up to 6m house setbackfrom the front boundary. Does not include electricity and telephone consumer account opening fees.
- Site is cleared of builder’s waste materials after completion of construction works.
